The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is an ecumenical Christian observance in the Christian calendar that is celebrated throughout the world. This year's theme is 'We Saw the Star in the East, and We Came To Worship Him.' Like the Magi who braved the perils of a long and dangerous journey to find the Christ child, our Christian brothers and sisters in the Middle East face many hardships as they strive to live out their faith in Christ. During these 8 days, our prayer in solidarity with their suffering is a light of hope and communion.
You are invited to join Deacon Steve Hodges via Zoom, each day at 7 pm (EST), to pray for all Christians, especially those who suffer hardships because of their faith. SS.
